Refund & Replacement Policy

At Window Shopper, we strive to ensure that every order arrives as expected. Because our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect compared to your order
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging (where applicable)

Resolution Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Window Shopper may provide one of the following remedies:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund (where appropriate)
The chosen remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and supplier policies.
Returns
Window Shopper does not generally require products to be returned before a replacement or refund is considered.
Customers must not send items to any address without prior written authorization from Window Shopper.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for claim review
- Up to 10 business days for banks and payment providers to process the refund
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or fulfilled.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
