Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- South Africa: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once an order has been shipped.
Please allow a reasonable period for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Window Shopper cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
- Incorrect customer information
Window Shopper is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs may occur.
Window Shopper is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by customers.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims should include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging (where applicable)
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Multiple Shipments
Items purchased in the same order may arrive separately depending on supplier inventory, fulfillment location, and shipping logistics.
